When we create products with love, it's natural to want the entire customer experience, from opening the package to using the product itself, to be as special as the item itself. And it's the details that often distinguish "just another order" from the moment the customer remembers yours. 💖

Adding little extras like thank you cards, clothing tags or stickers is simple, affordable and has a huge impact on the perception of your brand. 💌

✨ Thank you card - a small gesture with a big effect

The smallest and the nicest thing you can add to every order is a thank you card. It serves not only as a business card with links to your social networks and eshop, but mainly as a personal thank you for your purchase. 🤗

We use two variants in our e-shop:

The classic universal thank you card, which expresses gratitude for support.

A premium version for customers with orders over 100USD, which includes the customer's own name and a personalized thank you, and a discount code. The cards have different designs according to collections and are also numbered, so they can be collected. ⭐

🧵 Tags - practical and aesthetic

If you sell textiles, bags or other sewn products, don't forget about tags (labels). These should contain basic information:

• Product size

• Material composition

• Product care (washing, drying, ironing)

• Origin of production (e.g. "handmade in the Czech Republic")

Every textile product is different and it is thanks to this information that the customer knows how to care for the item properly and extend its life. 👕 In addition, a carefully crafted label looks professional and can be a great and beautiful decoration of the product. ✨

🎀 Stickers - playful and functional

Stickers have an incredible amount of uses and can be easily adapted to your style:

• Decorative product stickers (e.g. "handmade with love", "made in a small studio") 🙌

• Branded logo stickers - we use them on boxes, envelopes or wrapping paper to make the package recognizable upon delivery 📦

The "packaged with love" sticker - our favourite! It contains the name of the person who prepared the package. It's a small detail, but it feels very personal and friendly. 💝
