On our store we have worldwide shipping. The shipping price is always calculated according to the number of items, size and weight. If you want to know the exact price, put the products in the cart and you will see the already calculated shipping price before ordering.

When we ship your order, you will receive an email with a tracking code, this can be entered into any tracking app. If you feel your shipment is stuck or lost somewhere, you can email us and we will look into your problem.

We send the email automatically after your order is shipped. In many cases we receive a notification that you have not received the email, but the reason is often that you ordered preorder item, custom or hand made products that take more time to produce. Please read the product information carefully for production time, for custom product it is often 3-4 weeks. If you are concerned about your order, you can fill out the form on the "my order" page and we will send you an order update.

We offer on our website the possibility to pre-order products that are new and are still in production, or products that are sold out and are in repeated demand. In many cases our stock is sold out during the first batch, so we offer the opportunity to purchase a product before the next one arrives. All preorder products are in a different section from the others and all have the production time written in the product information.

My keychain or my pins are scratched, what's that?

Not to worry, acrylic products are not scratched but have a protective film on them. The foil is not easily visible and is more difficult to take off, but it protects the product from damage. Please try to take it off or look up the instructions before contacting us.

Can I have a customized product made by you?

Yes, we also accept custom production. Every month we have orders for keychains on our store. However, if you are interested in a completely different product, you can email us!
