To request a refund, please send an email to minukoart@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problems and details of the complaint. The refund period is 14 working days from receipt of the shipment. We will process your request as soon as possible. You may need to send the ordered goods back to us to complete the refund. In case of non-delivery problems, please contact your local delivery company first and follow their instructions. We are not responsible for delivery of items without a tracking number, so we recommend using our tracking number delivery option for larger items.
