Shipping
Our small company is based in the Czech Republic, one country within Europe. Shipments are therefore mostly sent via Czech post, only in the exceptions of some countries (see below for information) you can use Zasilkovna. The post office will always take care of the fast dispatch of your orders. In the information below you can also find estimated shipping costs and delivery times.
Please note that shipments within the EU usually receive their orders faster than in other countries. The estimated delivery time is between 10-30 days. Shipments usually arrive before this time. This time limit is set for my own protection. In case the delivery is delayed, I can avoid complications with refunds.
Upon placing your order, you'll promptly receive a confirmation email, this may vary based on the shipping method you have chosen. We offer 2 options, which you can read about below.

Customs and Import Taxes
There might be customs duties or import taxes when your package arrives. These fees are determined by your country's laws, and it's something you'd need to handle. We're responsible for what you pay on our e-shop – which covers your purchased goods and shipping. Anything beyond that, like additional taxes according to your country's laws, is in your hands.
Undelivered/lost/stolen parcels
If there is a problem with your package, please contact your local delivery company first and follow their instructions. Make sure your address details are correct. It is the delivery company's responsibility to deliver the parcel to you. For example, if you miss a delivery, please contact them and follow their instructions.

If the parcel is returned with a reason, do not collect. It is still possible to request a cancellation and refund. In this case, only the goods will be refunded, not the shipping ( it is not in our power to monitor the delivery of the parcel).
- We therefore recommend that you choose a shipping service with a tracking number so that you can be sure of the delivery status.
